ID.me will notify DUA once your identity has been verified. DUA will approve the pending identity verification issue. Please note, this process may take up to 5 business days to complete from the point ID.me successfully verifies your identity. DUA claim representatives are unable to access your ID.me account, help you with the ID.me verification process, or tell you where you are in the process.
